Carlo Tedeschi Writer, painter, theatrical author and art director , utilizes all his talents and his artistic productions, to spread the values of peace, love and brotherhood, educating young people to discover and choose beauty. He believes, in fact, that each person is a masterpiece in themselves to be respected and to be loved. In each person you can identify the potential and encourage its expression in the sharing of social life.

In 1978 he met Leo Amici, who in those years, first had the idea of the Little Village. After his death in 1986, Carlo Tedeschi carried out the construction of the village with buildings dedicated to solidarity and offering welcome. This involved hundreds of volunteers. In addition to the Little Village, the headquarters where he operates, there are also other centers in Assisi, Ulignano di Volterra and Colledoro di Castelli. In 2002 all the structures of the Little Village were assigned to the newly constituted Leo Amici Foundation.

Stefano Natale He grew up with Leo Amici and Carlo Tedeschi and has assisted and supported Carlo both in his humanitarian and his artistic work. He is a composer, musician and arranger. Because of his close relationship with the author, he has edited and supervised the soundtracks of all his musicals.

He manages the audio and video production and post-production house of the Little Village of the Lake producing programs for Italian TV: RAI, MEDIASET and SATELLITE TV, as well as movies of the musicals and the archives of the Leo Amici Foundation.

Andrea Tosi He discovered his interest in music when he was a teenager, with his friend Stefano Natale,. He started his studies at the Philarmonic Academy in Bologna where he obtained his diploma in musical composition and orchestration. He continued his career in Rome where he opened a studio and worked as a composer.

He helped to stage the musicals of Carlo Tedeschi. His musical talent, along with his knowledge of modern technology, have allowed him to direct and orchestrate the melodies of Pact of Life so as to make the audience feel the special emotion created by the author.

Gianluca Raponi At the age of 18, he began his study of dance at the Art Academy of the Lake, where very soon he became, together with his wife Simona Imola, the leading dancer and teacher of the theatrical company of Carlo Tedeschi. The wonderful choreographies of Carmelo Anastasi have made this couple famous all over Italy. They are in great demand by theatres and television companies. Since 2004, he has dedicated himself completely to the theatrical works of Carlo Tedeschi. He is responsible for the Art Academy and choreography of all Carlo’s musicals.
